Patriot General is proud to be a founding member of the San Diego Competitive Edge (SDCE) program. Competitive Edge is a six-week train-to-hire program aimed to grow our business community's engagement while simultaneously combating social inequities. Equally as important, it provides businesses with top-level, motivated employees prepared for a career in the utility industry. Patriot General not only offers mentorship and skills training to the incredible candidates, but also provides actual employment opportunities as well. In 2023 alone, five of the twenty SDCE graduates were hired by our company.
